Bettina Elisabeth Ahlburg beschäftigt sich mit der Untersuchung des Erlebens und der Wirksamkeit von Live-Supervision (LS) in der psychotherapeutischen Arbeit. Sie stellt fest, dass bei der Live-Supervision im Vergleich zur Erzählenden Supervision der Interaktionsprozess durch die unmittelbare Beobachtung objektivierbarer wird und Beziehungsdynamiken sichtbar werden. Der Stellenwert von konkretem Feedback im Sinne eines Korrektivs, der Dekonstruktion bzw. Erweiterung von Perspektiven und Handlungsalternativen sowie der Stärkung in der Rolle als Psychotherapeutin wird veranschaulicht. Die Methodenkombination von teilnehmender Beobachtung, Change-Interview und dem Tape-Assisted-Recall-Verfahren ermöglicht eine Reflexion zweiter Ordnung.
