Carolin Johanna Kiso zeigt Forschungslinien und Diskurse um Begabung und Begabungsförderung aus der Pädagogik, der Heil-und Sonderpädagogik sowie der Psychologie auf und thematisiert die komplexe und bislang wenig in Zusammenhang gebrachte Verschränkung eines weiten und breiten Begabungsbegriffs mit Inklusion. Es handelt sich um mit dem Forschungszugang der Grounded Theory gewonnene qualitative Forschungsergebnisse zum Begabungsverständnis der Lehrkräfte, zur Handlungspraxis als auch vornehmlich zu dem komplexen Zusammenspiel von Dynamiken, welche die Handlungspraxis der Begabungsförderung beeinflussen und als Stellschrauben dieser bezeichnet werden können. Diese Studie liefert wertvolle Anknüpfungspunkte zur Veränderung der Begabungspraxis an Schulen.
