Slaapproblemen zijn voor iedereen anders en met dit werkboek kom je erachter wat voor jou de meest handige oplossing is om weer goed te gaan slapen. Het boek is bedoeld voor jongeren tussen de 12 en 19 jaar, maar soms past het ook als je iets jonger of ouder bent.

Mijn Slaap Plan helpt om je slaapritme en de oorzaken van slaapproblemen in kaart te brengen. Het werkboek helpt je om te onderzoeken of je jouw slaapgedrag kunt veranderen. Het is handig als iemand met je meedenkt en je begeleidt, bijvoorbeeld een therapeut of trainer. Ook als je daarnaast last hebt van andere psychische problemen, zoals ADHD of somberheid, kun je dit werkboek gebruiken. Goed slapen kan ook een positief effect hebben op die andere problemen.

Het werkboek is een soort keuzemenu waar je verschillende dingen van kunt proberen. Kies – samen met je therapeut – met welke oefening of tip je gaat experimenteren.
