Silke Kaiser ist nach ihrer Promotion in Pädagogischer Psychologie im Jahr 2019 als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Evangelischen Hochschule Freiburg und in freier Mitarbeit als Referentin am Zentrum für Kinder- und Jugendforschung der EH Freiburg tätig. Außerdem arbeitet sie freiberuflich in Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Pädagogik und Resilienzförderung.
