Gamze Görel geht der Frage nach, welche Bedeutung persönliche Ressourcen von Lehrkräften für die Gestaltung von inklusivem Unterricht haben können. Im Detail untersucht sie, in welchem Zusammenhang diese persönlichen Ressourcen wie beispielsweise Einstellungen von Lehrkräften zur Inklusion mit ihren Handlungsintentionen und Sichtweisen in Bezug auf den inklusiven Unterricht in der Grundschule stehen. Die Autorin zeigt, dass die Motivation von Lehrkräften, sich mit Inklusion auseinanderzusetzen, prädiktiv für ihren prospektiven Umgang mit Kindern mit sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf im Unterricht ist. Einstellungen und Selbstwirksamkeitserwartungen von Lehrkräften stellen sich entgegen den Annahmen nicht als direkte Prädiktoren für ihre Sichtweisen auf die Qualität des inklusiven Unterrichts heraus.
