Kritzeleien und Graffiti werden alltagstheoretisch als Vandalismus und somit als grundlegend negativ konnotierte Ausdrucksformen bezeichnet. Jedoch lassen sich vandalistische Praktiken als akteursseitige 'Gebrauchsspuren' oder ‚Inbesitznahmen‘ lesen, die im Rahmen dieser Studie als manifester Bestandteil einer Schularchitektur rekonstruiert werden. Vor dem raumtheoretischen Hintergrund sind die latenten Bedeutungsstrukturen der sog. Maskierungen des Schulraums zu verorten und hinsichtlich der Frage nach inhärenten Bildungspotentialen zu diskutieren.
