Felician-Michael Führer geht der Frage nach, welche interaktiven Prozesse zwischen Praxislehrpersonen und Studierenden im Rahmen von Unterrichtsnachbesprechungen ablaufen. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf dem in der Literatur hervorgehobenen Modus der „Reflexion“ als einem Element der Verbindung von Theorie und Praxis. Daher rekonstruiert der Autor, wie sich ein Reflektieren im Gespräch überhaupt fassen und beschreiben lässt. Auf Grundlage der Erkenntnisse, die sich aus der Analyse der Gesprächsdaten ergeben, hat er einen Gesprächs- und Reflexionsleitfaden entwickelt, der in der Ausbildung angehender Lehrpersonen, z.B. während schulischer Praxisphasen, eingesetzt werden kann.
