As a counselor and seminar leader for more than twenty years, she has conducted workshops on overcoming procrastination and time management for New York University, served as a career counselor with Barnard College of Columbia University, and was selected as a keynote speaker for the National Association of Professional Organizers. Michelle is the author of eight books, including the Unofficial Guide to Landing a Job, and was a contributing writer and editor of Find a Job through Social Networking. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at Wellesley College and her doctorate in counseling psychology at UCLA.
