Maggie Semple (Author) Maggie is described as gently formidable - a voice of reason. She is a thought-leader on cultural change and a strategic advisor to global organisations. She is cited in International Who's Who, was awarded an OBE in 2001 and is an Honorary Bencher of Middle Temple Inn.Jane Oremosu (Author) Jane is an experienced business consultant, executive coach and deliberate change agent. She worked in leadership roles in the corporate sector for over 27 years before setting up her first consultancy business in 2017. In 2020 Jane and Maggie co-founded I-Cubed Group, a professional services company specialising in supporting organisations with their diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives. She is a great supporter of empowering women and a regular speaker at Women in Business events. Jane has been described as being unafraid to do difficult things.
