ESG, Brexit, and the rise of Fintech are just a few of the recent factors driving challenges in scope, tasks, and requirements for European banks. As a result, European banks are now being regulated differently, and a new institutional and substantive supranational framework in EU law and policy has been established Against this backdrop, EU Banking Law and Regulation provides a comprehensive, critical, and contextual account of a new supranational framework.
