It describes a framework for implementing climate resilient sustainable development, adaptation, and mitigation actions to achieve climate neutrality and the development of smart eco-innovations from the perspective of social, economic, and environmental aspects. The issue of climate neutrality is a critical one, and there are serious concerns about it. It is of great importance to understand the mechanism of climate change movement and climate variability, which also requires monitoring from a regional perspective in order to understand and mitigate climate change.
