Dr. Prasanta K. Sahu is an associate professor of transportation systems in the Department of Civil Engineering at BITS Pilani—Hyderabad Campus and holds a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay. His teaching and research interests are in the general area of transportation systems with emphasis on transportation planning, freight transportation modeling and operations, and public transit. He has published more than 90 refereed journal papers and 70 conference papers. He serves in various editorial boards (e.g., Editorial Board Member of Transportation in Developing Economies, Handling Editor of Transportation Research Record, and Guest Editor of Research in Transportation Economics, etc.) and is a member of various national and international societies. Dr. Sanhita Das is an assistant professor at the Department of Civil Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. She received her Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2020 and 2015, respectively. Her teaching and research interests include traffic flow modeling, human factors, driver behavior modeling, traffic data collection and analysis, and motorcycle safety. She has published more than 20 papers in international journals and conferences. She is a member of various national and international societies. Dr. M. Manoj is an associate professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Delhi. He holds a Ph.D. from IISc Bangalore. His teaching and research are transportation planning and demand modeling, with an emphasis on the applications of econometric and computational models. Dr. Manoj has published about 70 refereed articles in various journals and conferences of international repute. He is a member of the editorial board of sustainable transport and liveability. Dr. Anuj Budhakar is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at IIEST Shibpur. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Guwahati. His teaching and research interests are in the general area of transportation systems with more emphasis on traffic safety, maneuvering and operations, choice modeling in transportation planning, and logistics and supply chain management. He has published more than 15 refereed journal papers and 30 conference papers, and he has also authored a chapter in ‘Transportation Research in India’ book published by Springer.
