The onset of the pandemic has placed a greater emphasis on mental health, with many organizations making it a business imperative to make sure that employees are fully supported. Research on mental health in the workplace continues to grow, though there is a dearth of scholarly writings taking a micro approach to understanding the impact of negative work environments. This three-book series explores issues related to personality disorders and work-related suicides and their effect on employees and leaders.

This volume explores occupational suicide, its characteristics, and the circumstances associated with workplace suicide in various occupations.
