Dr. Xiu Li is an assistant professor of Tiangong University. She obtained her Ph.D degree from University of Wollongong in 2020. She works on electrolyte and electrode of lithium/sodium batteries, and also published 20 peer-reviewed papers.

Dr. Chao Lai is a Full Professor at School of Chemistry and Materials Science, Jiangsu Normal University. He obtained his Ph.D degree from Nankai University in 2011. He then joined Jiangsu Normal Univesity, and during 2013-2014 he also worked as an visiting scholar in Griffith University and University of Cambridge. Dr. Lai’s research area has been focusing on Lithium metal batteries, electrolyte and development of in-situ monitoring instruments. He has published >60 papers on Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Commun. etc.

Jianmin Ma is the professor in Tiangong University. He serves as the academic editor for Rare Metals, the associate editor for Chinese Chemical Letters, early career advisory board member for Chemistry–An Asian Journal, and editorial board members for Journal of Energy Chemistry, Acta Physico-Chimica Sinica, Nano-Micro Letters, International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials, Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, Journal of Physics: Energy, and others. His research interest mainly focuses on electrolyte chemistry and additive innovation. He has published more than 300 papers and several books as author or editor, Gas Sensors: Materials and Devices (IOP), Metal Electrodes for Battery Technologies (IOP), Photo- and Electro-catalytic Processes: Water Splitting, N2 Fixing, CO2 Reduction (Wiley), Battery Technologies: Materials and Components (Wiley), Liquid Electrolyte Chemistry for Lithium Metal Batteries (Wiley), et al.
