Dr. Nor Aida Abdul Rahman is an Associate Professor (Supply Chain and Strategy) at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology (UniKL MIAT) in Subang, Selangor, Malaysia. She has been appointed as a Fellow at UKM-MPOB Endowment Chair, National University of Malaysia. She is also a visiting professor at ITL Trisakti Jakarta, Indonesia. She has worked as an internal and external trainer in management, supply chain, Halal logistics and postgraduate research. Her work has appeared in Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Islamic Marketing, Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Journal of Quality and Reliability and Management, and others. She has also published a number of book chapters, books, edited books, refereed conference proceedings, and is part of the editorial team of book projects with Routledge and Springer. She earned PhD degree in Management (supply chain management) from Brunel University, London. She is also a panel auditor for the Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA), and she contributes to industry standards as an Academic Board Member at CILT Malaysia.
Dr. Kamran Mahroof is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Analytics and the Programme Leader for the Master's degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics at the University of Bradford, School of Management. He has extensive industry experience, having worked in various roles for leading organizations, most recently for Morrisons Plc, where he led various productivity initiatives in logistics. His industrial experience has helped shape his research interests, and he is actively researching in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Circular Economy, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Societal Impact of Emerging Technologies. He regularly publishes in high-quality, high-impact peer-reviewed journals, such as the International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Business Research, and Information Systems Frontiers. Kamran frequently appears on national television, radio, and other media and has written several articles for the press, including contributions to internationally renowned publications such as the World Economic Forum.
Dr. Juliater Simarmata, SE, MM is a an Associate Professor (Transport Management) at the Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics, Jakarta – Indonesia. He has several articles and books on artificial intelligence marketing, destination management organization, and many more published in national and international journals. His research interests include airline marketing, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior. Apart from being a lecturer, he is active as a training consultant and speaker in the fields of Sales/Marketing, Business Management, and Entrepreneurship in various companies in Indonesia.
