Dr. Thomas Heinz Meitinger ist deutscher und europäischer Patentanwalt. Er ist Geschäftsführer der Meitinger Patentanwalts GmbH. Die Meitinger Patentanwalts GmbH ist eine mittelständische Patentanwaltskanzlei in München. Nach einem Studium der Elektrotechnik in Karlsruhe arbeitete er zunächst als Entwicklungsingenieur. Spätere Stationen waren Tätigkeiten als Produktionsleiter und technischer Leiter in mittelständischen Unternehmen. Dr. Meitinger veröffentlicht regelmäßig wissenschaftliche Artikel und schreibt Fachbücher zum gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und zu technischen Themen. Außerdem hält er Vorträge zum Patent-, Marken- und Designrecht. Dr. Meitinger ist Dipl.-Ing. (Univ.) und Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. (FH). Außerdem führt er folgende Mastertitel: LL.M., LL.M., MBA, MBA, M.A. und M.Sc.
