Tyrone Brennand is a personal trainer, entrepreneur and inspirational speaker whose determination and go-getting mindset have established him as a leading fitness expert, helping thousands of people, including celebrities, along the way.< Tyrone grew up in London in difficult circumstances. He started working out and developed a fitness regime that became, in 2013, a life-changing business idea. A year later, with help from The Prince's Trust, his efforts turned him into a business owner. By 2014, he was a Prince's Trust Young Ambassador and was speaking at large-scale events on his entrepreneurial journey. Since founding his business, Be the Fittest, he has obtained his Yoga Teacher Certification, run the London Marathon as astronaut Tim Peake's shadow runner, become an ambassador for Reebok and Grenade, and been featured on Ex on the Beach: Body SOS. This is his first book.
