Erfassung und Analyse der Diagnosekompetenz bei angehenden Lehrkräften

In einer Mixed-Methods-Studie untersucht die Arbeit die Diagnosekompetenz angehender Lehrkräfte im Kontext offener Modellierungsaufgaben. Qualitative Interviews zeigen, dass numerische Annahmen bevorzugt werden, während der Umgang mit realitätsbezogenen Annahmen häufig Unsicherheiten offenbart. Ergänzend identifiziert eine quantitative Fragebogenstudie Prädiktoren der Diagnosekompetenz wie die eigene Modellierungskompetenz und die unterrichtspraktische Erfahrung, weist jedoch auf deutliche Defizite hin. Die Ergebnisse betonen die Notwendigkeit, Diagnose- und Modellierungskompetenzen stärker in der Lehrkräftebildung zu verankern.
