The Dog in the Deli

-The Adventures of Easton the Rescue Pet is a heartwarming series about a playful and adventurous rescue dog and his owner, the author Elizabeth Retter.

-The Dog in the Deli is the first book in The Adventures of Easton the Rescue Pet series and there are two more books coming in 2025.

-Set during the pandemic, Easton wakes up to hear there may be a meat shortage. Taking matters into his own paws, he escapes to the local deli. Easton’s family, the deli and it’s customers have no idea what they are in for. 

-Liz is from Ohio and travels to the US frequently, she is a pro at school events and sets them up wherever she goes. She can travel to Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland. Liz will also be in Naples, Florida in November.

-Easton has his own theme song that can be found on the author's website.

-There are not many children’s books on rescue pets and this would be a great fit for pet supply stores and vet offices.
