Weiwen Zhang is a professor and vice dean of the School of Public Affairs, at Zhejiang University, the director of China Institute of Urbanization, and the director of the ZJU-CMZJ Joint Lab on Data Intelligence and Urban Future. She received her Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University. Her research interests include inter-governmental cooperation issues in urbanization and digital urban governance.
Yongping Zhang is an assistant professor at the School of Public Affairs, Zhejiang University, and the deputy director of the ZJU-CMZJ Joint Lab on Data Intelligence and Urban Future. He received his Ph.D. degree from University College London. His research interest is mainly in the domain of quantitative urban studies, covering the topics highly related to urban big data analysis, smart cities, digital urban governance, sustainable transport, and GIS.
