Prof. Dr.-Ing. Fuchs-Kittowski studierte Informatik (TU Berlin) und ist Professor für Umweltinformatik an der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) Berlin sowie Science Manager am Fraunhofer FOKUS in Berlin. Den Schwerpunkt seiner Lehr- und Forschungstätigkeit bilden mobile Anwendungen sowie Methoden des Maschinellen Lernens im Umweltbereich und Katastrophenschutz.
Dr. Andreas Abecker ist diplomierter (TU Kaiserslautern) und promovierter (Karlsruher Institut für Technologie) Informatiker, arbeitete in der angewandten Forschung am DFKI Kaiserslautern und am FZI Karlsruhe und leitet seit 2010 das Innovationsmanagement bei der Disy Informationssysteme GmbH.
Friedhelm Hosenfeld studierte Informatik (Universität Kiel) und ist Sprecher der Fachgruppe „Umweltinformationssysteme“. Bei DigSyLand ist er als Mitinhaber und Geschäftsführer schwerpunktmäßig im Bereich Umweltinformatik tätig.
Anja Reineke studierte Geographie/Geoinformatik (Universität Jena) und ist stellvertretende Sprecherin der Fachgruppe „Umweltinformationssysteme“. Am Umweltbundesamt leitet sie seit 2022 das Nationale Zentrum für Umwelt- und Naturschutzinformationen, das sich mit dem Aufbau des Portals „umwelt.info“ beschäftigt.
Dr. Manja Wachsmuth ist studierte Biochemikerin (Universität Leipzig). Nach der Promotion in der RNA Biochemie war sie in der Populationsgenetik am Max-Planck-Institut für evolutionäre Anthropologie in Leipzig tätig. Seit 2018 leitet sie die Geschäftsstelle des Informationssystems „ChemInfo“ am Umweltbundesamt.
