Dr. Mohammad Azam Ansari is currently working as Associate Professor at the Institute for Research & Medical Consultation, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. His research interest is in green synthesis of different kinds of metal and metal oxides nanomaterials by using microbes and various part of the plants, and characterization of their biomedical and pharmaceuticals applications. His research work mainly focused on nanoformulation, biomimetic nanomaterials, medicinal plants, and natural products for biomedical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications, such as the development of antimicrobial, antibiofilm, anti-quorum sensing, and anticancer agents and nanodrugs. These innovative approaches aim to enhance therapeutic efficacy while minimizing side effects, paving the way for more effective treatments. By leveraging the unique properties of nanomaterials, his work contributes significantly to advancing healthcare solutions and improving patient outcomes. He has been consistently recognized among the top 2% of scientists in the world in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Dr. Shoaib is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA, where he conducts cutting-edge research in cancer biology, immunology and molecular therapeutics. His research spans cancer prevention, drug resistance, phytochemical-based therapeutics, and nanomaterial applications in biomedicine, with specialized expertise in animal models, biochemical assays, advanced microscopy, and molecular biology techniques. His work explores novel cancer therapies, the role of phytochemicals in drug development, and nature-driven solutions for disease treatment.
Dr. Md. Abul Barkat is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at the College of Pharmacy, University of Hafr Al Batin, Saudi Arabia. He has more than a decade of combined teaching and research experience, with a focus on drug delivery science, particularly in the areas of nanomedicine and targeted therapies. His research interests include the development and optimization of herbal/synthetic drug-loaded nanostructured delivery systems, controlled-release drug delivery systems, bio-enhanced drug delivery systems, nanomaterials, and nanocomposites for a variety of conditions like burns, cancer, neurological disease, etc.
