Der vorliegende Band will den interdisziplinären Dialog im Rahmen der Sozioökonomie fördern. Er lotet in vier Schwerpunkten Forschungsperspektiven zum Themenfeld Arbeit, Arbeitswelt und Berufsorientierung aus. Schwerpunkt I bezieht sich auf die Perspektiven Raum, Zeit und Bedingungen von Arbeit. Schwerpunkt II betrachtet Arbeit unter den Aspekten Organisation, Partizipation und Mitbestimmung. Schwerpunkt III betrachtet Erfahrungen in, mit und an Arbeit unter den Aspekten Leistung, Flexibilisierung und Entgrenzung. Schwerpunkt IV fragt nach dem Mythos Arbeit, spezifiziert als Arbeit und Berufsorientierung im Bildungsprozess.
