Tanuja Sharma is Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource area at Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, and leads the Centre for Ethics, ESG and Responsible Organisations (CERO@MDI Gurgaon). Her research work is embedded in positive psychology, and she has supervised research on performance management effectiveness, Happiness@work, Dignity@work, gender issues, and social capital. She has won multiple awards, including the MERCER Asia Award for Most Innovative Research for her PhD work from FMS, Delhi University, the Most Cited Paper award (Emerald Publishing), the Best Mentored Cases Award from the Western Casewriters Association (WCA) and best paper in track (OB ) in Academy of Management (83 rd AOM) Boston . US .A Springer author, she has contributed chapters to Springer books and has co-edited a book titled Responsible Leadership for Sustainability in Uncertain Times: Social, Economic and Environmental Challenges for Sustainable Organizations (2021).
Jayati Talapatra works in the area of climate change, biodiversity and resource management. She is a Visiting Faculty at Nalanda University, TERI school of Advanced studies, and other business schools in India and Europe. She has been publishing with Springer Nature and her last book is called ‘Emerging economic models for sustainable business’. She conducts Nature immersion walks to generate awareness and accountability for biodiversity and climate change, under the name ‘Dilli Meri Jaan Walks’. As a sustainability consultant, she works with micro enterprises in starting their ESG journeys. In addition to that, she conducts ESG workshops for corporates through ‘All India Management Association’ and independently. Her work on Nature-based Solutions for Climate Change and Disaster resilience in the face of extreme weather events, has helped firms create Net-Zero plans keeping nature and well-being of all species in the centre.
Suat Taskesen is a lecturer who publishes theoretical and applied works with special expertise in political science and political economy. He has over five years of experience at Turkish universities, teaching local, regional, and global political and administrative issues. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of historical capitalism, including its peculiar rules and institutions. Furthermore, he studies the political behavior of individuals in modern societies by analyzing the key concept of the politics of belonging. His main research areas include historical capitalism, neoliberalism and its world order, hegemonic transitions, nations and nation-states, the politics of belonging, social exclusion, migration, and more.
