Dr. Wenwei Wu, born in May 1969, holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and is currently a Research Fellow and Deputy Director of the China Ship Scientific Research Center. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, among other academic roles. With a long-term focus on ship acoustic design theory, structural vibration, and sound radiation control technology, he has made significant breakthroughs in key areas such as fluid-structure coupling loss calculation and acoustic design. He has led over 20 major research projects and received 15 provincial and ministerial-level awards for scientific and technological progress, playing a pivotal role in advancing China's ship acoustic design from qualitative to quantitative approaches.
Dr. Jun Ding, born in June 1986, holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and is currently a Research Fellow and Director of the China Ship Scientific Research Center. His primary research focuses on the engineering application of new equipment, the development of autonomous software, and the construction of standard systems. He serves as the Chief Scientist for the National Key R&D Program under the Ministry of Science and Technology, among other roles. Recognized as a discipline leader by the China State Shipbuilding Corporation and selected for the Chang Jiang Scholars Program, he has been awarded over 10 provincial and ministerial-level prizes, including the Special Prize of the China Shipbuilding Engineering Society Science and Technology Award.
