Dr. Andreas N. Ludwig ist Senior Lecturer für Internationale Beziehungen an der KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Deutschland) und Lektor für Europapolitik an der Fachhochschule Kärnten (Österreich). Der Politikwissenschaftler und Historiker ist Autor verschiedener Publikationen zum Europarat, darunter „Deutschland im Europarat“ (mit Birte Wassenberg, Université de Strasbourg, Frankreich). Er ist Mitglied des Open Council of Europe Academic Network.
