He holds a PhD in Geology from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and combines qualitative interpretation with quantitative workflows and uncertainty assessment. He has worked across academia and industry, including roles as Senior Mudlogging Geologist supporting UK onshore and offshore operations. His research focuses on rift-basin evolution, fault systems, and advanced subsurface interpretation for CCUS and geothermal applications. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Subsurface AI Innovations Ltd, advancing AI-driven seismic interpretation and fibre-optic sensing technologies. Kingsley is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London and an active contributor to international geoscience research and professional communities.
