Rayees Farooq is currently an Assistant Professor at Sohar University in Oman and previously a postdoctoral fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in India. He holds a doctorate in knowledge management, with domain interests in counterproductive work behavior and performance management, and methodological interests in bibliometric analysis and scale development. He serves as an Associate Editor for Journal of Managerial Psychology, International Journal of Innovation Science, and PLOS One, all of which are ranked Q1 by Scopus. He also sits on various editorial boards, including Business Process Management Journal, The Learning Organization, and International Journal of Knowledge-Based Organizations. He has published in various international journals such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Management Decision, Business Process Management Journal, Measuring Business Excellence, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, Ethics & Behaviour, Management Research Review, International Journal of Knowledge Management, Global Knowledge Memory and Communication, and International Journal of Innovation Science, among others. His research findings have been incorporated into Sweden’s 2022 policy report on occupational safety and health, work-life balance, and productivity, both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the global impact of his work. He is also honored to have been listed among Elsevier BV and Stanford University’s top 2% of scientists, underscoring his contribution and impact to research in his field.

Weng Marc Lim is a Distinguished Professor and the Dean of Sunway Business School at Sunway University, an ASU-Cintana Alliance Global Partner Affiliate Faculty at Arizona State University, and an Adjunct Professor at Sungkyunkwan University and Swinburne University of Technology, where he served as Dean, Head of School, Professor, and the University Council at the Sarawak campus. He has served as the Editor in Chief of Global Business and Organizational Excellence; Deputy Editor of Journal of Global Marketing; Associate Editor of Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, and Journal of Strategic Marketing; and Regional Editor of The Service Industries Journal. He has authored more than 100 manuscripts in journals ranked ‘A*’ and ‘A’ such asJournal of Business Research and Journal of Knowledge Management. He has also led high-level discussions at the AppliedHE, Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), Association of MBAs (AMBA), Business Graduates Association (BGA), Nikkei Forum, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), Times Higher Education (THE), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and Principles of Responsible Management Education (UNPRME), and World Economic Forum (WEF).
