Dr Htet Ne Oo is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 15 years of experience in Computer Science and Information Technology, covering teaching, research, and international academic coordination. She currently serves as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She holds a PhD in Information Technology from the University of Technology, Yatanarpon Cyber City, Myanmar. Dr Oo has contributed to several international and national research projects in collaboration with organizations such as the United Nations’ World Food Programme (WFP), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the ASEAN Cyber University Project with Busan Digital University, Republic of Korea. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), GIS, and remote sensing, with applications in urban analytics, emergency response systems, and sustainable development. She has made notable contributions to smart agriculture through patents on AI-driven livestock monitoring, smart scarecrow systems, and integrated crop–livestock solutions. Dr Oo has supervised postgraduate and doctoral research, published widely in reputed journals and conferences, and holds professional certifications, including the Wipro Faculty Certification in Full Stack Java. She has held key administrative roles, including Head of International Relations, contributing to global academic partnerships.


Dr Binay Kumar Singh is Principal Scientist at ICAR–Indian Institute of Wheat and Barley Research (IIWBR), Karnal, India. He has over 18 years of experience in genomics and molecular breeding for stress resilience in major crops, including rice, wheat, and mustard. Dr Singh holds a PhD and M.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from ICAR–Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi, and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has served as Head of the Division of Crop Science at ICAR–Research Complex for North Eastern Hill Region, Meghalaya, and held scientific positions at the Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research, Bharatpur, and ICAR–Indian Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology (IIAB), Ranchi. Dr Singh has developed seven improved crop varieties and registered three genetic stocks. He has supervised numerous postgraduate and doctoral students and established over 20 institutional collaborations, including partnerships with start-ups. He has published more than 80 research papers, as well as books, book chapters, and technical bulletins, and has reviewed and edited manuscripts for high-impact journals.

Dr Anuj Kumar is Principal Scientist at ICAR–Indian Institute of Wheat and Barley Research (IIWBR), Karnal, India, with over 25 years of experience in agricultural research, education, and extension. He earned his PhD in Agricultural Extension from ICAR–National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal. His work focuses on translating scientific innovations into field-level impact, enhancing farmers’ livelihoods, and promoting sustainable, climate-resilient agriculture. Dr Kumar has been involved in national and international collaborations with leading organizations such as ACIAR, ICARDA, and ICRISAT. His key interests include capacity building of farmers, rural youth, and farm women; conservation agriculture; and resource-efficient and natural farming systems. As a visiting faculty member at the Extension Education Institute, Nilokheri, Haryana, and an author of numerous scientific and extension publications, he bridges the gap among research, policy, and practice.
