Elvira Nica is a Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Public Management, and Doctor Honoris Causa of the University of Zilina, Slovakia. She is a researcher in management and economics, focusing on human resource management and its strategic aspects, as well as contemporary aspects of smart economies.
