Stefanie Vigerske untersucht anhand von Interviews mit Lehrenden und Schulleitungen sowie im Rahmen einer Längsschnittstudie, ob und in welchem Ausmaß Lehrerfortbildungsinhalte in das System Schule transferiert werden. Die Autorin entwickelt dazu ein Transfermodell, welches den Transfer von Fortbildungsinhalten in die Schule auf unterschiedlichem Niveau erfasst und „messbar“ macht. Sie konzentriert sich weiterhin auf die Identifizierung von möglichen Einflussfaktoren auf den Transfer und die Transferqualität. Dabei stellt sich heraus, dass es Faktoren vor, während und nach der Fortbildung gibt, welche den Transfer maßgeblich beeinflussen.
