Das Ziel des Werkes ist die Herausarbeitung des Einflusses des Regimetyps und seiner Institutionen auf die Entstehung, Entwicklung und Formen der Kooperation von zivilgesellschaftlichen Akteuren in den beiden elektoral-autoritären Regimen Malaysias und Singapurs.
