Sie bewertet das therapeutische Potenzial und die Risiken von Cannabis entsprechend internationaler methodischer Vorgaben der evidenzbasierten Medizin. Die Expertise dient somit als solides Nachschlagewerk. Ihr Auftraggeber war das Bundesministerium für Gesundheit.
