In Unternehmen stehen sich unterschiedlichste Interessen gegenüber und Konflikte sind allgegenwärtig. Häufig werden sie durch das Management in seiner Führungsfunktion einseitig entschieden. Vorliegend wird dieses Diskursverfahren für das Management konzeptionell anwendbar gemacht und empirisch durch Think-Aloud-Protokolle untersucht.
