Darauf aufbauend wird ein Reifegradmodell sowie Barrieren und Strategien des Konzepts erarbeitet. Anschließend wird dargelegt, inwiefern insbesondere die Wissensbarriere in der Anbieter-Kunden-Beziehung überwunden werden kann. Auf Basis der Untersuchungen werden Handlungsempfehlungen auf Unternehmens- und Mitarbeitendenebene gegeben.
