In diesem Buch werden die Konzepte der transformationalen Führung und der Unsicherheitstoleranz von Mitarbeitenden miteinander verknüpft. Mittels einer quantitativen Erhebung innerhalb einer Verwaltungsorganisation wird untersucht, inwieweit transformationale Führung die Unsicherheitstoleranz fördert, welche ihrer Dimensionen dabei besonders wirksam sind, und welchen Einfluss bestimmte dispositionelle Faktoren auf diesen Zusammenhang haben. Die erhobenen Daten werden deskriptiv ausgewertet und mittels Hypothesentests analysiert. Die Ergebnisse werden im Kontext bestehender Theorien diskutiert und Anregungen für die weitere Forschung sowie praktische Implikationen abgeleitet.
