Die Bauwirtschaft steht vor der Herausforderung, qualifizierte Fachkräfte zu gewinnen und langfristig zu binden. Besonders der Anteil weiblicher Fachkräfte bleibt trotz vielfältiger Initiativen gering. Der Autor untersucht am Beispiel deutscher Bauunternehmen, wie Employer-Branding-Strategien gestaltet werden können, um die Attraktivität des Sektors für Frauen zu steigern.
Auf Basis qualitativer Interviews und einer systematischen Inhaltsanalyse, die durch den Stimulus-Organism-Response-Ansatz theoretisch fundiert ist, werden zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren identifiziert – von authentischer Unternehmenskommunikation über familienfreundliche Strukturen bis hin zu diversitätsorientierter Personalpolitik. Die Arbeit bietet sowohl theoretische Beiträge zur Employer-Branding-Forschung als auch praxisnahe Handlungsempfehlungen für Unternehmen.
