Piyya Muhammad Rafi-Ul-Shan is a PhD student at the Logistics Institute, Hull University Business School. Research areas include supply-chain risk management, sustainable supply-chain management, agile and responsive supply chains, and the garment and fashion industry. Dr Patsy Perry is a Lecturer in Fashion Marketing in the School of Materials at the University of Manchester. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility in fashion supply chain, and she has published a number of book chapters and academic journal papers in this area. Professor David B Grant is Professor of Logistics at Hull University Business School. His research interests include logistics customer service, satisfaction and quality, retail logistics, and sustainable logistics and supply-chain management. He has over 175 publications including Sustainable Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Fashion Logistics for Kogan Page.
