Ökonomen sollten sich bei der Realisierung von (personalwirtschaftlichen) Maßnahmen an den korrespondierenden Gewinnausprägungen orientieren. Es werden dann solche Maßnahmen durchgeführt, die zum höchsten Gewinn führen. Sind jedoch eine Ermittlung von Maßnahmenerlösen oder -kosten oder deren Zurechnung zu einer Maßnahme nicht möglich, weil man monetäre Effekte nicht beziffern kann, sind zu deren Beurteilung Ersatzkriterien zu formulieren. Ein solches stellt zur Beurteilung personalwirtschaftlicher Maßnahmen der Wert des betrieblichen Humankapitals dar. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die Bewertung des betrieblichen Humankapitals als multikriterielles Problem aufgefasst. Zu dessen Lösung wird u. a. vorgeschlagen, regelbasierte Systeme in Ansatz zu bringen.
