Im Rahmen der Arbeit wird zunächst das dynamische Regulierungsvorhaben rund um die Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) geordnet. Anschließend werden ausgehend von einer hergeleiteten Deduktionsbasis allgemeine Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger europäischer Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung konkretisiert. Darauf aufbauend erfolgt eine kritische Würdigung einzelner klimabezogener Berichtspflichten der Europäischen Standards für Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung (ESRS).
