Özhan Özsucu geht der Frage nach, wie Geschäftsmodelle von Logistikdienstleistern im Umfeld von KMU zu gestalten sind, um sowohl Wettbewerbsvorteile als auch einen Kundennutzen zu generieren. Er zeigt, dass horizontale Kooperation bei KMU als Produkt-und Marktkombination im Geschäftsmodell zur Milderung der Lieferineffizienzen beitragen kann. Darüber hinaus bietet der Einsatz des Revenue-Sharing als Ertragsmechanik im Geschäftsmodell einen Anreiz, die Mitwirkung bei der Informationsbereitstellung des KMU zu erhöhen. Damit ermöglichen beide Instrumente eine geeignete Ausgestaltung des Geschäftsmodells für den Logistikdienstleister.
