Er ist Bankkaufmann, Betriebswirt, Arbeitswissenschaftler sowie ausgebildet in systemischer Familientherapie und Supervision. Baumann-Habersack sammelte in mehr als 25 Jahren Erfahrungen in unterschiedlichen Branchen als Angestellter, Führungskraft und Unternehmer. Aktuell ist er tätig als Mediator und Berater für Organisationen aller Art bei Führungsfragen sowie als Publizist; Co-Sprecher der DGSF-Fachgruppe „Systemisches Management“.
