Im Rahmen einer empirischen Untersuchung wird unter Anwendung multivariater Analyseverfahren die herausragende Bedeutung der Informationszufriedenheit für die Gesamtzufriedenheit mit und die Loyalität zu einem Multichannel-Händler nachgewiesen. Darüber hinaus wird deutlich, dass die wahrgenommene Integration der verschiedenen Absatzkanäle einen positiven Einfluss auf die Gesamtzufriedenheit mit dem Multichannel-Händler hat.
